Terms of Hall Rental:
½ down due at booking
Final payment due in cash 48 hours prior to the event.
Eligible deposit refunds will be mailed within 48 hours after the conclusion
of the event after an inspection is completed for clean-up after your event by the Hall Manager of Hall Manager designee.
All bookings will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis based on availability of the lodge facilities.
Any Cancellations will be refunded all prepaid funds minus half of the security deposit for reserved area.
